The production is made by automatic assembly and packaging lines dedicated to each pen model. The customization department is composed of 12 traditional and UV screen printing automatic lines and a hot four-color transfer line by GPE Ardenghi. Two pad printing lines complete the department for a total production capacity of 300,000 pieces per day. The flocking department has semi-automatic equipment developed by internal technicians in collaboration with the experience of sector technicians. Maximum care and attention are dedicated to the preparation and engraving of the printing systems, which are also entrusted to internal technicians.
